Show Stealers
- In the beverage space, tonics, shrubs, kombucha, vinegars, and mixers stole the show.
- The popularity of alternative ice creams, simple ingredients, seeds, and nuts was reinforced by the sheer number of these products on display.
- Looking forward, keep an eye out for the continued growth of functional everything, no and low products (gluten, sugar, dairy, wheat, GMOs, etc) and brands that tie back to a social cause.
